Tony Murphy, Chief Executive
Tony Murphy, Chief Executive
Tony was named as Chief Executive in April 2006. He has an extensive business background spanning 25 years with most of his career in customer focused roles.

His experience includes Business Development, Sales, Consulting, Strategy, Software Development and Services Marketing. He has been a board director of a number of IT services companies involved mainly in IT Services, Software and Consulting. He has also been an investor and non-exec of a number of IT services companies.

He founded The Ivy League Company, a specialist coaching consultancy. Previously he worked for Cedalion (now part of CharterIs), Incisus (a specialist Oracle ERP consultancy), Vision Consulting (a Dublin based Internet Consultancy), The Compel Group, Altor and Kalamazoo. His early career was in IT software development and sales in the USA and Europe within the Oil services industry.
Andy Lamond
Andy Lamond, Finance Director
Andy joined Realise in 2001 as Finance Director and is responsible for the financial management and control of the business. He is also company secretary and works closely with the other executive directors co-ordinating the overall management and strategy of the business.

After graduating with an Honours degree in Accountancy and Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University, Andy trained as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen. He went on to join Capital Copiers before joining BFD Ltd, a privately owned food importer and distributor, where he was Finance Director for the Group which employed 180 staff UK wide and had 8 subsidiary businesses.

He is a key member of the Realise management team and Board.

Fiona Proudler, Creative Services Director
Fiona joined Realise in 2003 and her track record in marketing is second to none. Her work with many key brands and campaigns across a number of industries and sectors, both public and private, make her a valuable asset.

Beginning her career in 1990 Fiona has worked with brands and organisations such as McEwan's, Scottish Power, Dundee City Council and NHS24. Her extensive account management experience means she is a highly motivated, focused individual; Fiona is always looking to secure the maximum business benefit for the client.

Able to offer all round marketing support, Fiona is ideally suited to help Realise clients improve their marketing efforts through defining brands to identifying propositions, developing strategy and delivering campaigns. Fiona holds a BA in Business Economics and Marketing.
Andrew Craig, Creative Director
Andrew Craig, Creative Director
One of Realise's first employees, Andrew rose through the ranks to become Creative Director thanks to his extraordinary drive, vision and creative talent.

Beginning his career in print design, Andrew made the online switch when he joined Voice magazine in 1996. Quickly showing a flair for online design Andrew added technical understanding to his innovative thinking and joined Realise in 1997.

Andrew's role as Creative Director means he oversees the creative aspect of all client projects from the largest corporate re-branding to the smaller company simply looking for an online presence. Andrew successfully bridges the gap between designers and web developers and manages both teams. He has acted as lead designer on over 50 websites. Andrew also heads up the Realise creative studio brand Real153, advising on all aspects of the business.

Douglas Nicholson, Account Director
Douglas Nicholson, Account Director
Douglas' background is in the provision of Health Care. In this field he has grown three organisations from fledgling beginnings including a small community-based mental drop in centre to a Scottish-based nursing home.

He made an immediate impact on joining Realise with transferable skills including business planning, financial management, human resourcing and product development.

As Account Director, Douglas plays a key role on many of the existing client relationships. His relationship and project management skills are second to none and he is extremely well respected by both staff and customers alike. Douglas also enjoys new business development and has played an important role in developing the Realise client base.
