Fiona Proudler appointed Managing Director of Amaze
Realise’s Managing Director, Fiona Proudler has been appointed to the board of our sister agency, Amaze.
Fiona has taken on the role of Managing Director to further strengthen the Amaze board and help lead the next phase of the agency’s development.
At Amaze, Fiona will be responsible for the overall running of the agency, with a specific initial focus on business development and client services. Fiona will continue to be the Managing Director at Realise and will look to create a more connected service offering to the clients of both agencies.
In her career Fiona, has spent over 20 years at the forefront of the agency scene, gaining extensive experience in a range of business development, client services and leadership roles. Her passion for excellence has seen her develop long lasting relationships with a wide range of clients across many different sectors – from media and entertainment to sports and leisure, financial services and FMCG.

As Managing Director at Realise she has been at the forefront of driving the agency growth, developing creative and strategic capabilities and nurturing talent. She has overseen the delivery of world-class customer experiences for our clients including Lloyds Banking Group, AXA, Greyhound, PaddyPower, Channel 4, BBC and the English Football League.
Fiona is a Fellow of the Marketing Society and well networked within the agency scene across the UK. She participates regularly in prestigious industry events promoting her pragmatic and passionate approach to customer service excellence. She also hosts a quarterly meet up for key women in digital.
