Rob Steeles leaves AMV BBDO for new ECD role at Realise, Amaze and Branded3


Digital innovation and customer experience agencies Realise, Amaze and Branded3 have named AMV BBDO Creative Director, Rob Steeles as their new Group Executive Creative Director.

Rob takes up the position within a newly-formed group role within the executive leadership team, reporting to Managing Director, Fiona Proudler.

As an awarding-winning Creative Director and copywriter, Rob’s new role is to be the guardian of creativity and innovation, acting as the connector between the agencies strategic thinkers and the creative ‘product’.

At AMV BBDO, Rob led a number of teams working extensively on brands including BT, Camelot, Walkers, Verisure, Mercedes, Carphone Warehouse, Currys PC World, Mars Foods and Smart Energy GB. His media neutral approach and passion for customer-focused creative ideas, helped AMV deliver campaigns from brand platforms, through to digital, direct, social and experiential.

Rob will work alongside Paul Normington, Creative Director at Amaze and James Bruce, Creative Director at Realise to manage a 30+ strong team across London, Manchester and Edinburgh. This role will also see him work with the agencies key clients such as Lexus Europe, Heathrow Airport, Virgin Trains East Coast, Lloyds Bank, Co-op Food and Expedia.
